Pat began his career in 1968 with a bachelor's degree in real estate from the University of North Texas. His contributions to the industry through speaking, teaching, writing, and development have earned him the recognition and respect as one of the industry’s authorities.
As one of the first to utilize the power of personal computers in real estate, he thoroughly understands what residential agents want and need them to do. He first began developing software for residential agents in 1990 and today has some of the most widely used real estate products for Microsoft Office.
Pat travels over 100,000 miles a year sharing ideas with REALTORS® across the United States. Directed at the professional agent committed to the business, his proven techniques and national involvement have changed the way agents do business and have won him a faithful following.
Aside from his professional accomplishments, Pat is a family man who has been married over 30 years to his wife Sharon who works with him in their business. Their daughter, Shannon, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and a REALTOR® in the Dallas area. Their son Peter, a software developer, attended Southern Methodist University and his partner in the business.
